In addition, we have experience representing clients in Department of Labor Wage & Hour audits of the H-1B and I-9 programs.

The rating itself is earned by only 11% of U.S. lawyers.The rating is based on anonymous peer review questionnaires. Rubin & Dornbaum is one of only two law firms in New Jersey with practice limited to Immigration and Nationality Law to receive this honor.

The principals have consistently been named in "Best Lawyers in America" and "Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers" and have been listed in New Jersey Magazine's listing of "Top Lawyers."

Principals have over 20 years experience each. Edwin Rubin has served as President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Neil Dornbaum has served as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Immigration, Naturalization, and Americanism Section, ABA General Practice Section, Immigration Committee and AILA's New Jersey Chapter.
